Simply Nutty Cookie Cups

These super easy bite-size cookie cups only require 5 simple ingredients so you can keep the stress levels low and the deliciousness high!

What you need

24 Arnott’s Choc Ripple Biscuits

½ cup (130g) Bega Simply Nuts Smooth Peanut Butter

250g cream cheese, at room temperature

50g dark chocolate, melted and cooled

Chopped unsalted roasted peanuts

These super easy bite-size cookie cups only require 5 simple ingredients so you can keep the stress levels low and the deliciousness high!

Instructions

Step 1.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Using a 12 hole muffin tin, place a biscuit over each hole. Bake for 2-3 minutes until the biscuit is softened.

Step 2.

Using the back of a spoon, gently press the biscuit to form a cup. Cool for 1 minute, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 3.

Mix together the peanut butter and cream cheese using electric beaters. Be careful not to overbeat the mixture.

Step 4.

Using a spoon divide the cream cheese mixture among the cookie cups and using the back of a spoon, smooth the surface.

Step 5.

Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts.

Step 6.

Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until set.
